Dennis Blanchette – President and CEO
Dennis is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years of business experience, including over 10 years in executive leadership positions at software firms. His career spans roles in sales, marketing, product strategy and development, and management. Dennis has developed and led successful company and market growth strategies at global organizations such as Kraft Foods, Marriott Hotels, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Ernst & Young, Intelligroup, Wise Solutions, and Ensure Technologies. He has committed EJustice Solutions to delivering significant customer value through hiring talented people, developing state-of-the-art products, and providing superior service.

Dennis is a frequent guest speaker at economic development organizations, including Ann Arbor SPARK and the New Enterprise Forum, focusing on topics related to entrepreneurial growth strategies and leadership team-building. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Dave Hawkins – Chief Financial Officer
Dave has been working with entrepreneurial businesses across a wide range of industries for over 20 years. A CPA with previous Big Four accounting firm experience, he has spent the majority of his career working as a contract CFO for emerging technology companies, including Assay Designs and Danotek Motion Technologies, to build and strengthen their financial foundation while positioning them for profitable growth. Dave has successfully raised millions of dollars of venture capital and secured debt, and has handled mergers and acquisitions.

Dave has aided numerous growth-oriented companies in the areas of financial modeling, pricing strategy, competitive analysis, process improvements, and contract negotiations. He has also led successful turnaround efforts at three companies. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business from the University of Michigan.

Mike McGarry – Chief Technology Officer
Mike has over 20 years of state-of-the-art application development and technology infrastructure experience. He began his career developing next-generation communication systems at AT&T Bell Labs, where he also co-developed an ISO9000 certified software development methodology that gained recognition as a Best-in-Class process. Mike later served in various executive technology positions working to build process-driven product development and IT infrastructure teams.

His executive leadership experience includes developing and implementing an application infrastructure that led to the growth of ACN from a start-up telecommunications reseller to a $500M enterprise supporting thousands of end users across three continents. Mike has received numerous achievement and individual performance awards throughout his career. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Todd Thompson – Vice President of Product Strategy
A 20-year veteran of law enforcement, information technology, and project management, Todd brings to EJustice Solutions a breadth and depth of industry experience that are critical to developing and implementing successful law enforcement applications. His extensive knowledge of law enforcement procedures and products, combined with his hands-on experience as a police officer, is key to the industry acceptance, maintenance, and longevity of EJustice Solutions’ product suites.

Prior to joining EJustice, Todd served as a Senior Project Manager/Criminal Justice Domain expert with Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he was responsible for internal and external consulting in the development, marketing, and implementation of local and state-level justice information systems. He is a graduate of the Illinois State Police academy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University.

Sue Olson – Vice President of Customer Support and Operations
Sue possesses deep operations expertise based on nearly 20 years in software, hardware, telecommunications, and technical consulting environments. She has implemented customer focused programs and developed strategic relationships with a broad range of government and commercial partners and clients, including municipal governments, the US Department of Defense, Dell Computer Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and IBM Global Services.

Sue’s extensive experience with process improvement strategies and diverse client support requirements forms a foundation for mutually successful customer relationships. A strong motivator, Sue establishes solid rapport with staff and customers through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She is a recognized leader in solving difficult problems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Terri Roach – Sales Manager and Customer Liaison, Southern US
A former law enforcement officer, Terri also has over 17 years of sales and business development experience with technology organizations such as Dell, Apple, Polytron, and Insight. She has a keen understanding of how technology can help law enforcement agencies do their jobs better, and a strong commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction through all phases of a customer relationship.

Terri received commendations for outstanding service during her 10-year career as a senior police officer and reservist in the Austin (Texas) Police Department. Her duties there included street patrol, investigations, media liaison, juvenile offender mentoring, drug abuse resistance education (D.A.R.E.), and special assignments with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Terri holds an Associate’s degree in Business Education from Middle Tennessee State University, and has completed numerous law enforcement certification programs.

Rick Pomorski – Sales Manager and Customer Liaison, Northern US
Rick is a 30-year veteran of law enforcement, most recently serving as Police Sergeant with the Canton (Michigan) Police Department. His career has included supervisory and field assignments across a wide range of police and detective activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, technology planning, staff operations and training, criminal investigations, ‘expert witness’ duties, media liaison, and community relations.

Rick is an accomplished instructor and public speaker across a variety of law enforcement and public safety topics, and has received numerous awards and department commendations throughout his career, including Police Officer of the Year. He holds a Master’s degree in Technology from Eastern Michigan University, graduated first-in-class from EMU’s School of Staff and Command (executive police training), and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Madonna College.
