To determine who is currently using the EJS OnSite program and which EJS OnSite programs are currently running, select from the menu bar of any dialog of any EJS OnSite program: "Help" → "List Running Programs". This will open a dialog that contains a browse table, which will have an entry for every EJS OnSite application that is currently running. This list will have at least one highlighted entry, which depicts your currently running program and will have a check mark in the first check box column, labeled "Current", as well as one additional entry for each other EJS OnSite application that is currently running. Besides details on the Automatic Processes that each application is running, this will also show you the "User Name" and "Clerk ID", "Workstation" and "Notebook ID"s, "Program Name" and "Version", as well as the "Login Date and Time" of each user. This browse table is updated every five seconds, and you can continue to use the EJS OnSite application and open other dialogs in the program while this browse table is shown.
