“We started using the EJustice RMS Online and JMS Online in April 2009 and since that time we have been very satisfied with the capabilities the system provides. Prior to using EJustice our RMS and JMS systems were not integrated and required duplicate data entry. We chose EJustice for its web based integrated solution so that we could gain efficiency by keeping officers on the road and completing reports in their patrol areas. EJustice’s integrated RMS and JMS modules provide need to know information to our officers at the time of enforcement. Our officers are able to enter new information and notify the jail in real-time of new field arrests. Via the interactive booking workflow and ability to reuse information captured from previous involvements we are saving 20-30 minutes in processing every inmate at the jail.
